Born and raised in Miami to immigrant parents from Cuba and Nicaragua, Patricia C. Martinez has always carried a strong sense of integrity, justice, and service to others. Fluent in Spanish, she is proud to serve clients directly in both English and Spanish without the need for an interpreter.
Before pursuing her legal career, Patricia served honorably in the United States Army from 2008 to 2011 as a Human Resource Specialist. Her service included two years in Germany and deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, where she supported missions across bases and developed a deep commitment to discipline, resilience, and advocacy.
After her military service, Patricia earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with a specialization in Professional Writing from Barry University, where she graduated in 2016. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2019, passing the Florida Bar Exam on her first attempt.
Patricia brings over a decade of hands-on legal experience, having worked in law firms since 2013. Her background includes probate administration and litigation, civil litigation, real estate, and family law. In 2023, she launched PCM Law to continue her mission of standing up for those who need it most.
When not practicing law, Patricia enjoys attending concerts, writing poetry, and spending time with her family, including her wife, teenage daughter, and their miniature schnauzer.
Beyond her professional practice, Patricia is an active Guardian ad Litem in Broward County, volunteering to advocate for children in foster care and ensuring their voices are heard in the courtroom. She is deeply rooted in the Miramar and Broward community, where she has lived since 2011.
