Born to immigrant parents from Cuba and Nicaragua in Miami, Florida, Patricia C. Martinez has always carried a strong sense of integrity, justice, and service to others. She proudly serves her community in both English and Spanish.

Before pursuing her legal career, Patricia served honorably in the United States Army from 2008 to 2011 as a Human Resource Specialist. Her service included two years in Germany and deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, where she supported U.S. Postal Service missions across bases and developed a deep commitment to discipline, resilience, and advocacy.

After her military service, Patricia earned a Bachelor’s degree in English with a specialization in Professional Writing from Barry University in 2016, followed by her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2019.

Patricia brings over a decade of hands-on legal experience, beginning as a legal assistant in 2013, continuing as an assistant and paralegal throughout undergraduate and law school, and ultimately becoming an attorney in 2019. Her practices areas have always included probate administration and litigation, civil litigation, real estate, and family law. She founded PCM Law to continue her mission of standing up for those who need it most.

Beyond her professional practice, Patricia is an active Guardian ad Litem in Broward County, advocating for children in foster care and ensuring their voices are heard in court. She is deeply rooted in the Miramar and Broward community, where she has lived since 2011.

When not practicing law, Patricia enjoys attending concerts, writing poetry, and spending time with her family, including her partner, daughter, and their miniature schnauzer.
